★ How do you react to past situationships trying to slide back into your life after being on and off for a year? Our latest no contact was a month. This feels like disrespect when they keep trying to spin the block on me.
★ We’re coming up on the 1 year anniversary of my Abuelita’s passing. My mom has started to go through her belongings to clean out her space but it has been a tough and emotional process for her as she finds candy/little trinkets in her pockets and even remnants of her hair that were left on her sweaters. She also feels as though she’s giving up a piece of her by doing this and that my Abuelita would be upset at her for cleaning out her belongings. What advice do you have for someone who is starting to clean out their loved one’s belongings after their passing and feelings of guilt start to rise throughout the process?
